Sometimes we're excited to downsize so that more time and energy can be spent attending to things other than house and yard work.

Sometimes we're pushed into downsizing due to illness, or age, or when a spouse passes.

Family and friends want to help, and after initial placements of treasured items to other homes, the project of selling, thrifting, and recycling needs to be closed out prior to selling the residence.
